Intuitive Painting Workshop

This intuitive painting workshop is an invitation to slow down, quiet the thinking mind, and reconnect with inner wisdom through creative flow.

Rather than focusing on technique or artistic outcome, the experience centers on presence. Using watercolor as the medium, participants are gently guided to release expectations and self-judgment, allowing color and movement to lead the process.

Creating in a flow state opens space for insight and self-trust to arise naturally. Creativity becomes a form of inner listening—supporting clarity, intuition, and authentic self-expression.

No art experience is necessary. All materials are provided.

Participants will leave with one or more intuitive paintings and a renewed sense of trust in their ability to listen, respond, and create from within.
