Join Lauren Lyman & Karen Fogie for a day of family zen & fun at the Holistic Energy Centre. Parents are able to participate in some well-deserved self-care while kids have some season-themed fun!

2:00-2:30pm - Mingle, look around the local shops, & sign up for sessions

2:30-3:00pm - Family Sound Healing & Breathwork with Shivani Rhea

3:15-3:45pm - Adult Meditation with Karen Fogie | Children’s Meditation & Mindful Movement with Lauren Lyman

4:00-4:30pm - Children’s Craft with Lauren Lyman
