Reiki Level 1 presented by Katy Carlson

Reiki level 1 is an initiation into Reiki and is open to anyone wanting to learn more about this Japanese healing system. The focus during level 1 is on opening the energy channels physically,  allowing the practitioner to connect to the universal life force energy. The goal of level 1 is to encouage students to practice Reiki on themselves, thereby working through their obstacles and reclaiming their power to heal. You will work through this with support in a safe and sacred space.
