A Sound Bath Meditation on Release invites participants into a guided meditative journey focused on easing tension, loosening emotional blockages, and letting go of what no longer serves. Through gentle verbal guidance and the vibrational resonance of gongs, didgeridoo, handpan, vocals and more, participants are supported in releasing accumulated stress and restoring inner balance.
