About the event

Through this series of Somatic Yoga classes Shruthi creates a safe and sacred space allowing stored trauma to begin to heal. Through movement, strenghthening and meditative practices you will work with each of the 7 main Chakra's. This class is suitable for beginners as well as practitioning yoga students and teachers.
