Sound Bath Sanctuary

Sanctuary used to mean something specific. A place you could step into where nothing could reach you — not your debts, not your obligations, not the people looking for you. You crossed the threshold and the world had to wait outside.

Most of us don't have one of those anymore. The phone comes with us. The work follows us home. Even rest gets scheduled, optimized, and reported on.

For ninety minutes on10/30/26, the Holistic Energy Center becomes one.

You'll arrive in the evening, lie down on a mat we provide, with the lights low and nothing asked of you. We open with a short guided meditation — a few minutes to lengthen the breath and let the mind's grip loosen — and I'll speak an intention over the room before we begin. Then the instruments come in, and they don't stop until we're finished.
