Sound Meditation Journey

We begin with a short guided meditation to settle your mind and relax your body, followed by an immersive soundscape featuring titanium and bronze gongs, didgeridoo, drum, handpan, shruti-box, vocals, singing bowls, and more.

✨ Layered waves of rhythm and tone are woven with intention to soothe your nervous system, invite deep relaxation, and gently unwind held tension. As the sounds move through you, they encourage your awareness to drift beyond everyday thinking into spacious, meditative stillness and inner peace.
