Zen Classes
Classes are open to all ages and ability levels. We ask that children at least be 4 years old and comfortable being separated from parents for a 30 minute class. Please bring a yoga mat for your comfort. A few extra yoga mats are available to borrow as needed.​​
*Zen classes are limited to 15 child tickets (<11) and 15 adult tickets (11+) so that everyone's yoga mats will comfortably fit. Get your tickets before they sell out!
